Mother

Pheww I have finally managed another painting. This was Sandra and Jasmine. What I loved was that Jasmine was fast asleep perched precariously on the edge of the settee but seemingly prevented from tumbling off by some strange mothers magnetism.

img088Calves who will become Mothers.  Bit of a style departure for me here.  This is why I like the club so much, it is pushing all of our boundaries.

I was disappointed by the scan – it took all the colour out of my painting. I’ve tried using a photo instead, but I’m not sure it’s any better.
Only Dave will know that it’s close, but no cigar!

mothersI did try humans but gave up, they looked like robots. Sheep are more forgiving!
